Rates:
-The fee for an overnight stay is $33 per dog or $55 per day for 2 dogs.
-Upon dropoff, only a half day fee is charged if a pet is dropped off after 5pm.
-On pickup day, only a half day fee is charged if pickup is
before noon.
-Payments are accepted by cash or check only made out to the sitter upon your return, when the pet is picked up .
-There are no extra charges / fees for "playtime" or walks as with other establishments. This is a regular part of our service that your pet needs and deserves. Most sitters have a fenced yard.
An exercised pet is a happy pet!
Reservations:
-Timely reservations recommended, particularly for key peak periods: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day as well as heavy vacation months June - Aug.
-KMN will accept reservations up to 2 months in advance.
-Every effort is made to accommodate all requests
-If requesting a specific sitter or an exclusive placement with a sitter that has NO OTHER pets in the household, advanced reservations are key. These sitters book up 1st.
-Clients can request to meet a sitter prior to placement at a mutually agreed time.
-There is no charge for cancellations, with 48 hour notice- we know things happen. Please give us as much notice as possible when cancelling, so we do not have to turn other clients away.
-Cancellations within the 48 hour window will incur a $33 cancellation fee.
-New Clients are required to keep a credit card on file with KMN. This is confidential property of KMN & not accessable to any actual pet sitter. This is solely in the instance of a cancellation 48 hours prior to departure. A one day fee will be charged to the credit card to reimburse sitter for lost assignment.
